What is Caroline of Fire?

I provide 1-on-1 and group Health and Wellness Coaching, as well as classes, workshops, and packages in mindfulness and meditation. All offerings are interactive and use humor and compassion to relate mindfully—with less stress—to everyday life. I want to motivate you to accomplish your personal goals and reach your highest potential.


Who can participate?

People of ALL ages are welcome. There are various private (1-on-1) and group coaching options so ask what would be suitable for your needs, age, or experience level. Many people have tried getting healthy and failed, but a coaching session is a great place to start. Experience is not necessary, bad experiences will be forgotten. We will work together to get your health and wellness back on track!


What are the benefits of Health and Wellness coaching?

I partner with you to create lasting changes, aligned with your values, to promote health and wellness and an overall sense of well-being. A lot of people find themselves leaving the doctor and not receiving enough time or resources they need to achieve their goals. I support ongoing sustaining health goals such as nutrition, fitness, sleep, relationships, and more!

We explore self-awareness, taking action steps, and finding what works with YOUR lifestyle to improve all aspects of health and additional aspects of your life. I will assist you in tapping into your inner resources to find your strengths that will help you overcome any weaknesses.


What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is the capability of being fully present. That is being aware of what is going on around us, knowing where we are, and not being overwhelmed or over reactive. Mindfulness is innate but if practiced regularly, can be cultivated more easily. This helps with stress, enhances performance, increases attention, and allows you to gather a much higher sense of well-being.

You will learn mindfulness by focusing on the breath, observing thoughts and emotions, gaining resilience to stressors, and cultivating a nonjudgmental moment-to-moment awareness. These skills encourage mental, emotional, and physical health. They also form the basis for emotional intelligence: self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills.


How much do your programs cost?

Please inquire for our fee schedule and policies, as well as which offering would best suit you or your group. Everyone is different and I want to attend to your specific needs. Host organizations may choose to subsidize some or all of the fee, or have participants cover the cost.


Where are you located?

Health and Wellness Coaching is online via ZOOM Video Conferencing, a product that is free to the client. We do have a small space in Louisville, KY, that we can use but we have found that incorporating your experience with your everyday life (i.e.-the workplace or home) can make the practice more effective. ZOOM is also more convenient for you so the participation can happen at a time and place that works with your schedule.


How long are sessions?

Health and Wellness 1-on-1 Coaching session times vary and are based off of the package you choose. They typically range from 30 minutes to an hour depending on your needs.

Group sessions range from 30 minutes to two hour sessions and can involve things such as lunch and learns, presentations, discussions, and interactive activities.
